Set up your monthly recurring ACH rent payments with Resident Easy Pay – a new and improved online payment service – by logging into your account and following the steps under the “Auto-Pay Setup” tab. Recurring ACH payments will automatically pay all outstanding charges each month, which may vary. In addition to your monthly rent, any additional amounts, charges, fees or fines you incur per the terms of your lease, will be automatically paid in addition to your monthly rent. For example, these additional amounts may include, but are not limited to, such items as maintenance requests for which you are responsible, HOA violation fines, etc.
By enrolling in automatic recurring ACH payments through Resident Easy Pay, you hereby expressly consent to and authorize the monthly automatic payment of your monthly rent, and any additional outstanding amounts due and owing at that time, per the terms of your lease.
If you are not signed up for recurring ACH payments, the rent amount due and payment button will be available on the 28th of the month.
Rent payments are due on the 5th of the month. Rent payments not received in our office by 5pm or online by 11:59pm ET by the due date in your lease are considered delinquent and late fees will be automatically charged 35$.
All credit/debit card, ACH transactions are subject to a 3% convenience fee.
All transactions set up for automatic recurring payments will be processed between the 1st and 5th of each month. Automatic recurring payments must be set up BEFORE the 25th of the preceding month to ensure successful payment. If automatic recurring payments are set up on the 25th of the month or later, the automatic recurring payments may not begin until the FOLLOWING MONTH. To cancel future automatic recurring payments, you must stop automatic recurring payments BEFORE the 1st of the month.
